Shipping policy

We use USPS Priority shipping. Items are processed and ship out in 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received. Once order is received it take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Miami and Florida residents may receive their package within one business day. Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and bad weather. Express shipping is also an option.

Tracking

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information will not be available right away. Please allow 1 day or sooner for the customer to receive it.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Foreign Cheveux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.


International Shipping

We offer USPS International Shipping. All international orders take 24-48 hours to ship. USPS takes about 10-15 days to be delivered.

 

Please note: Foreign Cheveux is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Foreign Cheveux and cannot be refunded or resent.
